What is Astras?
Astras is two things at once, and the name covers both. It is an assistant: everyday tools plus Karina AI, an AI assistant you can ask by voice or text. And it is a club: posts from Karina, her library, her day-by-day courses and, in the Premium plan, a direct line to Karina and her team. “Astras Club” is not a separate download: the club is a tab inside the same app (Astras Club).
What the app does, in one paragraph: you upload a photo or PDF of a lab form, and the marker, value, unit, reference range and date are carried over as printed, so you can see your lab results explained and grouped by body system over time. You say, type or photograph a meal and get an estimate of calories and macros that you correct before saving. Karina’s meal ideas come with calories and macros (healthy recipes). Water is one tap per glass, with reminders at set times of day and a home-screen widget (water tracker). Steps and active calories come from Apple Health or Health Connect, and you can join a daily step leaderboard. There is a weight goal, a cycle and pregnancy calendar, about 150 meditation and sleep-sound tracks in ten collections plus playlists in Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube Music, a knowledge library, courses and the club.
Who Astras is for, and who it isn’t for
Astras is built for people aged 16 and up who want everyday health habits in one place and a plain-language explanation of their own numbers: someone with lab reports from different labs who wants one history, or someone who follows Karina’s programs and wants them next to food, water and steps.
It is not for emergencies, not a replacement for a doctor, and not for anyone under 16.

Karyna Trygubchak (Karina na More), founder
Karina is a wellness creator and coach who teaches movement, posture, lymphatic-drainage routines and face care. Her public record:
- Blog since 2019. In a July 21, 2026 interview with VoyageLA, she said she trained in track and field from age 12, studied physical education and rehabilitation, earned the title of Master of Sport, and started a blog about health, movement, posture and natural self-care in 2019. That blog grew into online courses and wellness programs for women.
- British Vogue, April 16, 2022. British Vogue wrote about her as a Ukrainian skincare creator who taught facial massage techniques and ran a Face Marathon course. At the time the article cited 1.3 million Instagram followers.
- YouTube. Her channel @karina_na_more showed 231K subscribers and 243 videos on October 23, 2026.
- karinamore.com sells her online marathons (including Marathon 3.0 and Marathon 4.0) and self-care courses, and says they are for general wellness, not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Social: Instagram, YouTube and TikTok as @karina_na_more; Facebook and Pinterest.
Karina is not a doctor, and she says so in her own courses.
Two Karinas: Karina AI and Karina herself
Karina AI is software
Karina AI is the assistant inside the app. Ask her by voice or text about food, water, sleep, movement, your cycle or what a lab marker usually means; she answers in your language, can suggest one of Karina’s courses when it fits, and says when it is worth seeing a doctor. She does not say which medicines, supplements or vitamins to take, or how much. Karina AI comes with Plus, Pro · Year and Premium, within a monthly AI allowance shared across chat, food recognition and lab reports.
Karina and her team are people
Astras Premium adds a direct line to Karina and the support team. You write personally, attach photos, files and video, and real people answer, not an AI. Messaging opens right after you subscribe and stays open while the subscription is active. Karina does not diagnose or prescribe treatment in messages either.
How Astras handles health data
- Ranges come only from your own lab form. Astras never substitutes its own reference ranges and never recalculates your results against its own tables. “Out of range” means only that a value falls outside the range printed on that report; with no range on the form, the marker is “not evaluated”, not “normal”.
- You check every line. Reading a form is automatic and can make mistakes, so you review each marker before it is saved and can compare it with the original.
- Not a medical device. Astras is a wellness app. It does not diagnose, prevent or treat disease, does not choose medicines or doses, and does not replace a doctor. It is not for emergencies.
- The cycle calendar is an estimate, not a method of contraception.
- AI asks first. Before any AI feature sends your data, Astras asks you to allow sending it to AI providers, and the switch stays in Settings.
- Your history stays yours. Lab results you already have, their trends and your uploaded files stay open to read and export even without a subscription.
Privacy
No ads in the app, and we don’t sell your data for money; health entries never go to ad networks. In the iPhone app, until you tap “Allow” in Apple’s tracking prompt, nothing that links your data to you for advertising is shared with ad platforms. Steps and active calories are read on the phone and sync to your account only with your consent. You can export everything as a file or delete your account with all its data from the app.
