Astras Club: a private women’s wellness club inside the app

Astras Club is the private women’s club inside the Astras app. Karina posts workouts, recipes and open conversations on women’s topics; members read, save and discuss them. Next to the club are Karina’s library, her day-by-day courses and, in Premium, a direct line to Karina and her team. Posts marked Free open to anyone who signs in.

What is Astras Club?

“Not just a club. A family with one set of values.” That is how Astras describes its club, and the one value is simple: to be healthy and beautiful. Astras itself is built around the same idea: it is a club and your personal AI wellness assistant at once (more on the company and the founder on the About page).

In practice the club is a tab called Club in the Astras app on iPhone, Android and the web. It is private in a plain sense: posts live inside the app behind sign-in, not on the open web, and most of them open with a plan that includes the club. There are no likes: the club is for reading, trying and talking.

Who the club is for

The club suits women aged 16 and up who want short routines they can do at home, food ideas with numbers, and an honest conversation about women’s topics with people who care about the same things. It does not suit anyone looking for a medical forum or a diagnosis: Astras is a wellness app, and nothing in the club replaces a doctor.

What’s inside the club feed

Who posts

Posts come from Karina (Karyna Trygubchak, founder of Astras). Members don’t publish posts; they read, save and comment.

What a post can be

  • Text, with the author’s name, picture and how long ago it was posted.
  • Photos, one or a gallery of up to 8 that you swipe through. The frame follows the photo’s own shape, so nothing is cropped.
  • Video, which starts only when you tap it, plays with sound and has a scrubber and 10-second skips.
  • A PDF, which opens in a reader right inside the app.

The feed has six topic tabs — Food, Workouts, Health, Travel, Business and Psychology — plus All and, when Karina marks posts as free, a Free tab. Two real examples from the club preview on the home page: a short posture set with an ordinary kitchen towel for the shoulders, shoulder blades and rib cage; and a recipe card, turkey with sweet potato, eggs and avocado, 650 kcal with protein, carbs and fat listed. For food tools beyond the club, see healthy recipes and calories from a photo.

Pinned, highlighted and Free posts

Up to two posts can be pinned at the top of a tab, and a tap on a pinned line takes you straight to the post. Karina can highlight a post so it stands out. Posts she marks Free collect in their own Free tab and are open to everyone who signs in, with or without a plan.

Discussions under posts

Every post can have a discussion. You reply to a post or to a specific comment, so threads stay readable, and new replies arrive while the discussion is open. When someone answers your comment, you get a notification (all club notifications sit under one switch). Comments are up to 2,000 characters. Other members see your profile name and picture next to what you write. Karina can close comments on a post.

Safety in discussions

Next to every comment from someone else there are two buttons: Report and Block. A report goes to Karina’s side for review, and blocking hides that person’s comments for you everywhere at once. Karina and her managers can remove comments that break the rules. There is also a filter for unacceptable text and a limit on how fast anyone can post.

Saved posts and folders

The bookmark under a post saves it, either to Saved or into a folder you name, much like Files on an iPhone. Saved is free for everyone and follows your account to other devices.

Karina’s library

The library is a bookshelf of Karina’s materials: each shelf is a topic, each book is a guide, a PDF, a video or a photo. Tap a book and the file opens right away; press and hold to see the card with the author’s note. New materials hang a NEW ribbon for 14 days or until you open them. Everyone can see the shelf, titles and topics. Reading the materials needs a plan with the library, except those Karina marks as free. Files open only inside the app; there is no download or share button.

Karina’s courses

Karina’s courses run day by day: video lessons, text and PDFs, with a “Mark as done” button and your progress saved. They sit on the Activity screen rather than in the Club tab. Among them: Marathon 1 to 4, Morning ritual, Lympho Drainage, Feet gymnastic, Guasha Challenge, Face Cupping Challenge and Stress Steals Your Body - Reset Guide. Full details are on the workouts page. All courses come with Astras Pro · Year and Astras Premium; in the iPhone and Android apps each course can also be bought on its own.

A direct line to Karina and the team (Premium)

Premium adds a direct line to Karina and the support team. You write personally, attach photos, files or video, and real people answer, not an AI. It opens right after you subscribe and stays open while the subscription is active. Karina does not diagnose or prescribe treatment in messages. This is different from Karina AI, the assistant in the app, which is software.

Frequently asked questions

  • Astras Club is the private women’s club inside the Astras app, not a separate app. In the Club tab, Karina publishes posts in six topics — Food, Workouts, Health, Travel, Business and Psychology — as text, photo galleries, video or PDFs. Members read them, save them into folders and discuss them under each post. Posts marked Free are open to everyone who signs in; the rest open with a plan that includes the club. Around the club, the same app has Karina’s library, her courses and, in Premium, a direct line to Karina and the support team.

  • Yes, in the sense that Astras Club is the club Karina runs inside Astras, and Astras is made by KARINA NA MORE LLC, the company behind Karina na More. Karina publishes there herself, and her courses, such as Marathon 4, Morning ritual and Guasha Challenge, are available in the same app. Karina’s programs are also sold separately on karinamore.com, with their own prices and refund rules. Access to the club itself comes with an Astras plan that includes it: Plus, Pro · Year or Premium.

  • Partly. Posts that Karina marks Free are open to everyone who signs in, in their own Free tab, and you can comment under them without a plan. Saving posts and folders is free too, and anyone can see the library shelf and the titles on it. The full club feed, comments under all posts and reading the library come with Astras Plus, Astras Pro · Year and Astras Premium. Astras Start does not include the club: it covers weight, nutrition, water and the cycle calendar. Plans start at $4.99/month.

  • Karina. Members don’t create posts; they take part through comments, replies and saving. This keeps the feed focused: what you see was written or chosen by Karina, rather than a stream of posts from strangers. If you want to talk to Karina personally, that is the direct line in the Premium plan, which is separate from the public discussion under posts.

  • Yes. Comments are visible to other club members who can open that post, together with your profile name and picture; your email and other account details are not shown. You can delete your own comments at any time. If someone bothers you, use Block next to their comment: their comments disappear for you everywhere at once, and they are not told (blocking can’t be undone in the app yet). Report sends a comment to Karina’s side for review, with a copy of the text as it was when you reported it.

  • The club is shared: posts from Karina, and discussions that other members can read. The direct line is private: it is a conversation between you and Karina and the support team, and nobody else in the club sees it. In the direct line you can attach photos, files and video, and real people answer, not an AI. The club comes with Plus, Pro · Year and Premium; the direct line comes only with Premium. Neither replaces a doctor: Karina does not diagnose or prescribe treatment.

  • No. Videos, PDFs and photos open only inside the app, and there is no download or share button anywhere, including in the library and the courses. PDFs open in a built-in reader with a page counter, videos play inside the post with sound and a scrubber, and photos open full screen. What you can do is save a post into Saved or into one of your folders, so it is one tap away later on any device signed in to your account. Saved posts follow your account, not your phone.

  • The app’s interface, including the Club tab, buttons and notifications, comes in English, Russian, Ukrainian, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Turkish. Posts and library materials appear in the language their author published them in; they are not machine-translated in the app. Karina’s courses are taught in English, with course descriptions translated. Astras runs on iPhone, Android and the web at astras.club, and the same account opens the club on all of them, so a post you saved on your phone is waiting in the browser.

  • No. The club is about everyday wellness: movement, food, routines and women’s topics, and Astras is a wellness app, not a medical service. Nothing in the club is a diagnosis, a treatment plan or advice on medicines. If a post or a discussion touches a health question that matters to you, take it to your doctor. Astras also takes care with what it collects: there are no ads in the app, we don’t sell your data for money (if you allow ad measurement, California law counts it as “sharing” and a “sale”), and you can export everything or delete your account with all data from the app.
